★★★★★ 4.5 stars · 10+ years on the App Store · Free to download — PRO features and Live Streaming available as optional upgrades
Key Features
Real-Time Scoreboard Overlay
Scoreboards are rendered directly onto your video as you record. What you see through the viewfinder is exactly what gets saved — no editing required.
Multi-Sport Support
Purpose-built scoreboard layouts for basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, tennis, pool, and more. Each sport gets the controls it needs.
Scoreboard Remote App
A companion app on a second iPhone or iPad lets another person update scores wirelessly, keeping the camera operator focused on filming, not tapping.
Highlight Clips
Tap once to mark a great moment. ScoreCam automatically cuts the clip with the correct timing, and can even stitch all highlights into a reel at the end.
Live Streaming
Broadcast live to YouTube, Twitch, or any custom RTMP server — with the scoreboard visible to your viewers in real time. Facebook Live is also supported via manual RTMP setup.
Pro Video Quality
Record up to 4K at 60fps with HEVC encoding, optical image stabilization, configurable zoom buttons, and fully adjustable bitrate.
Supported Sports
ScoreCam ships with dedicated scoreboard styles for the following sports. Each layout includes the scoring elements, controls, and clock features relevant to that sport.
See Scoreboard Settings → Style & Sport for a full breakdown of every available style.
Getting Started
ScoreCam is designed to be up and recording in under a minute. Here is the basic workflow:
Choose a Scoreboard Style
In the Scoreboard Settings, pick the style that matches your sport. The scoreboard style determines which scoring controls and clock features are available.
Set Up Team Names and Colors
Enter home and away team names, choose team colors (or upload logos), and configure the game clock if your sport uses one.
Connect Scoreboard Remote (Optional)
If you have a second device running the Scoreboard Remote app, tap the connect button on the ScoreCam main screen, then select your ScoreCam device by name in Scoreboard Remote — no PIN or pairing code required.
Press Record
The scoreboard appears from the first frame. Update scores by tapping the on-screen controls or via the remote. Pause between periods, mark highlights, and stop when the game is over.
Find Your Video in Photos
ScoreCam saves the finished video directly to your Photos library in the "ScoreCam" album. The scoreboard is permanently embedded — the video is ready to share immediately.
